    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with over 10 years of experience managing ground up projects. Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) is preferred. This company is a design-builder of general and business aviation facilities and commercial projects nationwide.

    Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground up projects

    + Experience managing site work and concrete

    + Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) preferred

    + Procore experience preferred

     

    Work Environment: The project is located in Sarasota, FL. This company is based in Denver, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

     

    Medical: Eligible upon hire date.Vacation: 3 weeks per year.Holidays: 9 days per year per the checklist. 6 Federal Holidays + Black Friday, Christmas Even & New Years EveSick Leave: 6 days per year.Retirement: Eligibility for 401k in 6 months per the standard plan on the checklist.Truck: Tectonic to provide a 4WD company truck or car allowanceFuel: Monthly fuel allowance goal of $500.00/month for work related travel. Credit card receiptsto be turned in weekly.Computer/Cell Phone: Tectonic to provide computer and cell phone.Apartment: Tectonic to provide an apartment, utilities and basic cable. Travel: Tectonic to provide a travel home allowance of up to $1,000 per month. Credit cardreceipts to be turned in monthly. Note: Generally – Trips home anticipate leaving thejobsite at Noon on Friday’s and returning to the jobsite on Monday mornings for start ofwork.
