Description
This role is for a Quality Engineer at an automotive Tier One supplier that has been in the business for over 70 years. This organization produces sunroofs and fuel tanks to customers worldwide in Carollton, GA. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for leading cross functional teams in the development and updating of PFMEA and Control Plan documentation for audits on the production line. Knowledge of PPAP requirements is required as well. This individual will work with cross functional teams to generate corrective action reports and implement counter measures internally and externally while also conducting audits. Knowledge and understanding of ISO/IATF requirements is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications Must have previous experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Must have direct experience working in Quality Assurance. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Physical requirements include ability to walk and stand on feet for extended periods of time, and ability to perform light to moderate lifting as needed Specific vision abilities are necessary, including close and distance vision, and excellent color vision Specific touch abilities are necessary, including ability to use hands to feel and handle items Job Details/Duties

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
