Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee a project portfolio valued at $5 million. This role focuses on tenant improvement projects ranging from $10k to $5 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding, estimating, managing subcontractors, and maintaining communication with owners and architects. Periodic site visits to project locations will be required.

Responsibilities

+ Bid and estimate work for tenant improvement projects between $10k and $5 million.

+ Manage subcontractors effectively and maintain strong relationships.

+ Communicate clearly with project owners and architects.

+ Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.

+ Oversee project management activities from inception to completion.

Essential Skills

+ 5 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial construction.

+ Proven experience in bidding and estimating tenant improvement projects.

+ Strong project management skills.

+ Experience in construction management and commercial construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Healthcare Tenant Improvement experience preferred.

+ Experience with Medical/Dental TI Projects.

+ Established relationships with subcontractors and project owners in the greater Seattle market.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office in Bellevue, with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, there is flexibility to adjust the schedule based on the candidate's preferences and project needs. The company is a small, family-owned business with under 50 employees, aiming to maintain a close-knit environment. After the first year and based on performance, there is potential for remote work flexibility. The company values its relationships with subcontractors and clients and offers 15 business days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and a vehicle allowance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
