Now Hiring: BIM Designers for One of NYC’s Subway Expansion Projects – Bentley & Autodesk Experts Wanted
We’re hiring BIM Designers across entry, mid, and senior levels to support digital delivery and coordination for this high-profile transit initiative.
As a BIM Designer, you’ll be at the heart of multidisciplinary collaboration, working with Bentley and Autodesk platforms to drive precision, efficiency, and innovation across every phase of design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings using OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit, and AutoCAD
+ Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance
+ Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualizations for stakeholder reviews
+ Maintain model integrity, version control, and digital documentation throughout the project lifecycle
+ Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to BIM execution plans
+ Integrate survey data and GIS into BIM workflows
+ Troubleshoot modeling issues and provide technical support across teams
+ Assist in developing standards and strategies for digital delivery
Qualifications:
+ 0–2 years (Entry), 2–4 years (Intermediate), or 6+ years ( Senior ) experience in BIM or infrastructure design
+ Proficiency in Bentley and Autodesk platforms
+ Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital workflows
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Experience supporting DOT or municipal infrastructure projects is a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field (required for senior -level candidates)

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $63.00/hr.
