    As a Data Entry Lead, you will ensure that team members in the Data Entry department adhere to established operational standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and accurate daily operations, managing staffing needs, and ensuring a high level of service.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure team members in the Data Entry department follow established operational standards.

    + Review and approve time-off requests, including sick leave, for Data Entry staff.

    + Track attendance and address any issues in alignment with internal expectations.

    + Assess staffing needs and coordinate hiring efforts for the department.

    + Conduct annual performance evaluations for each team member.

    + Administer corrective actions when necessary, including formal documentation.

    + Oversee daily Data Entry operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

    + Maintain and update training materials, or develop new resources as needed.

    + Communicate externally with clients to resolve order-related issues.

    + Monitor individual performance, set goals, and provide feedback based on workload and capabilities.

    + Ensure service expectations and turnaround times are consistently met.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma

    + Some schedule flexibility

    + At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience

    + At least 1 year of Management or Lead experience

    + PTCB Certified (Preferred)

    Work Environment

    Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasionally, you may need to work on Saturdays, which can be done remotely, depending on the availability of other leads. The work environment supports flexibility and collaboration.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Southgate, Kentucky.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    • Salaried position. Compensation to be determined based on experience and qualifications. • PTO (2 weeks/ 80 hours)• Sick (3 days/ 24 hours)• Benefit Plans to include Medical – PPO or HDHP with HSA card• Dental, Vision, Life, Voluntary Life• Short-term disability
