    Job Title: Program Manager - IOT Network

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end upgrade of firmware and digital applications for our IOT network. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of the upgrade.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive the end-to-end upgrade of firmware and digital applications for the IOT network.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

    + Manage the project using Jira and ensure all tasks are tracked effectively.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide technical insights.

    + Ensure project aligns with cybersecurity standards and agile methodologies.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven program management experience in embedded software and firmware projects.

    + Experience with end-to-end release of embedded software/firmware.

    + Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking.

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.

    + Technical understanding of IOT networks and ability to manage projects without extensive mentoring.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with cybersecurity practices.

    + Familiarity with agile methodologies.

    + Knowledge of Six Sigma principles.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is primarily onsite, with an initial requirement of working four days a week onsite and one day remotely. As you become more proficient and effective in your role, there will be increased flexibility regarding onsite attendance. This project offers high visibility and exposure to senior leadership, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
