    Job Description

    We are seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead the assignment and scheduling of projects. The Manager of Project Management leads a team of Project Managers to execute complex automation projects efficiently. They oversee project performance, manage risks and financials, ensure process consistency, and resolve escalations to maintain customer satisfaction. This role also focuses on developing a high-performing team through coaching and training.

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for all direct reports within the Project Management department

    + Ensuring adherence to the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws

    + Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals and any other written/oral documentation as needed; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

    + Accountability: communicates appropriately with employees and peers, does not avoid difficult conversations, leads by example, manages performance timely and effectively, and escalates issues as needed through proper channels

    + Builds Effective Teams: sets clear objectives for themselves and others, tracks progress, prioritizes, and follows up as needed. Encourages collaboration, identifies areas of strength and weakness, and executes plans to raise the performance of individuals and collective team

    + Motivates and Develops Others: inspires high performance and develops employees through candid feedback. Improves others and supports staff in developing and growing their professional skills and capabilities. Builds strong relationships and recognizes and rewards strong performance

    + Manages Conflict: promptly, clearly, and respectfully addresses conflicts that arise, thoroughly investigates, and finds resolution. Communicates as appropriate and escalates as necessary to leadership team and Human Resources

    + Leads with Ethics: acts with integrity in all situations, treats everyone fairly and consistently, maintains confidentiality, and discreetly addresses employee issues. Represents and emulates company values in all interactions in and outside the company

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor of Science in Project Management or related field

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager position with an automation focus

    + Minimum 1 years of experience in a Manager of Project Management position

    + Education in PMO and Risk Management

    + Industrial automation experience

    + Medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry knowledge

    + Experience in a role supervising or managing others

     

    Work Environment This is a fully on site position in Englewood, CO.

     

    Salary: Up to $135,000

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
