    Hybrid Phlebotomist/Medical AssistantThursday-Saturday / 7:00pm -7:30am

    Job Description

    A local hospital is seeking to expand its phlebotomy team, working in close collaboration with the nursing team to provide exceptional patient care.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform phlebotomy tasks efficiently.

    + Conduct vital sign checks as required.

    + Assist with patient mobility in certain situations.

    + Ensure supply closets are well-stocked during downtime.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in phlebotomy with verified references.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Experience as a medical assistant.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a lab/office environment within one of the leading hospitals in West Knoxville, known for its specialization in elective procedures. The role is a long-term contract, working as a service partner to the hospital administration. Enjoy benefits including 40 hours of PTO in the first 9 months and 60 hours of PTO offered every 6 months.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
