This role offers the chance to step into a key leadership position where you’ll have oversight of the full scope of accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and payroll.     What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple entities.

    + Partner with outside firms to ensure accurate filings, audits, and compliance.

    + Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax processes with precision.

    + Provide valuable insights through reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

    + Guide and support your team while driving process improvements and efficiencies.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.

    • Proficiency in month-end close processes, reconciliations, and general ledger management.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.

    • Ability to oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple companies and tasks.

    • Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and support staff.
