The Technology Consulting S olution is seeking a Managing Director to join our growing Enterprise Data ,

Analytics and AI team.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Demonstrated experience with:

+ Proven and tenured experience within the financial services industry, preferably in banking and capital markets .

+ Proficiency with major ETL tools (Informatica, Data Stage, Talend, SSIS) and business intelligence reporting tools (Power BI, BusinessObjects, Hyperion, Cognos, Microstrategy , Tableau, QlikView, SSRS).

+ Extensive experience designing and implementing data models for applications or reporting and working with diverse database management systems (Snowflake/Redshift, Microsoft Synapse/Data Bricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).

+ Advanced knowledge of SQL (DML/DDL) and programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript.

+ Demonstrated expertise in Data Governance, including designing and implementing effective programs, metadata management, data quality tools, and master data management (Informatica, Oracle, SAP MDG, Profisee , Microsoft Purview ).

+ Experience with data preparation tools like Alteryx Designer and Informatica Big Data.

+ Experience designing, architecting, and implementing Microsoft Fabric solutions.

+ Strong understanding and application of data governance frameworks (EDM Council’s DCAM, DMBOK) and regulatory compliance (CCPA/CPRA/GDPR, BCBS239/RDA/CCAR).

+ Demonstrated ability to work across the end-to-end spectrum of data & analytics, from sourcing to consumption, and to lead transformational change impacting people, process, technology, and data.

+ Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage in modern data & analytics landscapes (e.g., cloud, data lake), and translating complex business issues into technology solutions.

+ Demonstrated expertise in project management and client relation ship skills , capable of leading teams (Consultants through Directors) through direct delivery and oversight, actively engaging with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, networking, building relationships, and developing a sales pipeline.

+ Proficient in generating and closing sales pipelines by utilizing account management frameworks, personal networks, and business development resources, including our Robert Half organization.

+ Ability to think creatively, solve problems , and work independently or with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math or equivalent preferred)

+ 20 + years of experience in data strategy, governance and architecture, including enterprise solutions, road mapping, data warehousing, and business intelligence in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry

+ Professional Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect or similar strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation .

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year. We offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan, with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions for eligible employees.
