Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team in Kaanaapali, Hawaii. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring customers enjoy a memorable experience in our holiday-themed store. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide personalized assistance and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including merchandising and restocking inventory.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to enhance service and operations.

• Achieve sales targets by employing effective strategies and maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Participate in store opening and closing procedures to support smooth daily operations.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist in annual inventory processes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting products and driving revenue.

• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements • Prior experience in retail or a customer service role is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic administrative tasks.

• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.

• Proficiency in merchandising and inventory management.

• Skilled in data entry and handling inbound calls professionally.

• Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
