    Description

    Seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Mass Tort Paralegal to join a client-focused, non-litigation team. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Mass Tort or personal injury cases who excels in providing exceptional client service.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

    + Manage client intake and ongoing case documentation for Mass Tort or personal injury matters.

    + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client information and case files.

    + Maintain accurate and organized case records in compliance with internal standards.

    + Assist in preparing client correspondence and documentation as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Fluency in Spanish and English required.

    + Prior experience in Mass Tort or personal injury client management is required.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members.
