Job Title: Software Developer

Clearance Requirement: The ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join a collaborative, agile team supporting a variety of .NET development projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful applications that support critical needs across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

+ Apply object-oriented programming principles and follow the software development lifecycle

+ Develop and integrate APIs and manage relational databases

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

+ Collaborate with a small team (2–8 members) to deliver high-quality software solutions

+ Continuously grow technical and domain knowledge to support evolving project needs

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

+ Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript)

+ Strong understanding of object-oriented design and Agile development methodologies

+ Experience with database management and API development

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
