    We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a respected financial services firm in Carmel, for a fully onsite Accounting Coordinator role. This is a 5-month contract ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in corporate finance.

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Record and reconcile financial transactions with precision

    + Initiate cash payments and post journal entries

    + Prepare spreadsheets and financial reports for internal use

    + Support process improvement initiatives and departmental projects

    • Duration: 5 months

    • Location: Carmel, IN (100% onsite)

    Requirements

    • What You Bring:

    + High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred)

    + 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles count!)

    + Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

    + Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
