    Key Responsibilities:

    - Welcome and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

     

    - Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and relay messages.

     

    - Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

     

    - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

     

    - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations.

     

    - Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

     

    - Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

     

    - Restock kitchen supplies

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    - 1 year+ recent Receptionist experience in an office environment.

     

    - High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus.

     

    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    - Business-minded appearance and demeanor.

     

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

     

    - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
