    The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

     

    We are looking for an Internal Services Professional. This position will be based at our Hingham, MA facility.

     

    What are your responsibilities?

     

    + Supports the assigned organization with professional internal services in a specified area of competence

    + Completes maintenance, organization, and distribution of technical or commercial records and information

    + Conducts analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management

    + Analyzes and builds processes, methods, and structures incl. resources and scheduling

    + Identifies specific metrics for tracking performance.

    + Develop statistical reports, budgets and presentations.

    + Participates in projects within the field of competence.

    + May advise operation staff, and act as competence point of escalation

    You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + HS Diploma or equivalent experience or GED Equivalent.

    + 1-3 years of experience in process analysis or data management.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Strong Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with SAP systems or process automation tools.

    + Familiarity with project/process reporting and production planning workflows

    + Knowledge of the 6S system and continuous improvement methodologies
