Responsibilities Assist in the management and accountability of assigned property and performs a wide variety of supply clerical functions to include the requisition, receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of property items. Complies with procedures for maintaining property transaction records, and participates in the conduct of inventories for property accountability. Issues all turn-in documents, inventory adjustments, and hand receipt documents. Coordinates all supply requirements for activities serviced (i.e. GSA Supply / Stock Fund) to include any required liaison requirements with agencies such as the Defense Contracting Command. Moves and / or carries furniture and equipment on a regular basis using lifting / moving devices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of appropriate references guides, supply manuals, and other publications in order to identify and classify items to the appropriate Federal Supply Class or subclass. Knowledge of automated systems to apply instructions for supply actions such as data entry, reports retrieval, search of specific records and error corrections. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.4. Must have the ability to research and analyze material and the ability to communicate orally. NOTE: In order to be considered for Minimum Qualified resume must clearly show experience or knowledge of all listed under Minimum Qualifications. Highly Qualified / Preferred Qualification Criteria : Must have one (1) year experience managing or monitoring NAF or 3 or more years of other DoD property. Must have one (1) or more years experience working with NAF purchasing which must include the NAF GPC, BPAs, and executing delivery order contracts against other agency contracts such as GSA and AFNAFPO. Must have one (1) year experience managing multi-user outlook or similar software/online based appointment calendars.
