Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President Health Markets Strategy and Planning, the Dir Medicaid Markets Solutions monitors and contributes to special/strategic projects as designated by the VP, EVP Medicaid Markets and/or CEO. ;These projects are strategic in nature, highly complex, and may involve overseeing a cross functional team to ensure successful project completion. They involve applications that are key to the overall performance, financial and operational, of all existing and growth Medicaid products. ;
**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid Schedule at Ellis Preserve office;
Additional responsibilities include:;
+ Leads the development of solutions designed to address Medicaid product needs and capabilities, coordinating across the Enterprise (with functional SMEs and Shared Services partners) to ensure that solutions support and optimize key product performance goals (financial and growth).
+ Assists the Medicaid Markets organization with the design, planning and implementation of innovative and efficient processes to support the business, including major regulatory and functional initiatives; where market nuances to standard processes are required, facilitates support in solutioning to reduce risks of “orphan activities”.
+ Supports new business development activities (growth and execution); ensuring local market program and contractual needs are understood and articulated to Shared Services, representing the local market and/or Medicaid product in cross functional implementation meetings and state partners.
+ Provides regular reporting on projects, key metrics, open issues and barriers to completion; as well as internal/external presentation support and development (various investor, internal executive updates, etc.)
+ Organizes, problem solves, raises issues, and integrates initiatives on behalf of the VP and Medicaid Market executive leadership.
+ Acts as a liaison to operating entity and staff group organizations to resolve problems and ensure successful implementation of functional initiatives and related projects.

Education/ Experience:
+ Required Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred.
+ 3 to 5 years Managed Care experience with Medicaid Market and/or other ancillary product management, administration, and/or operations experience, strongly preferred.
+ 5 to 10 years demonstrated Project Management expertise with proven aptitude to execute complex deliverables.
+ Critical thinker, strong business acumen, multi-tasker and ability to influence decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Excellent presentation talent and solid technical skills (e.g., PowerPoint)..
