    Job Title: Financial Analyst II

    About the Role:

    Our client, a global leader in aerospace and transportation solutions, is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role supports company-wide financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer and maintain the Hyperion Planning environment

    + Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

    + Analyze financial statements and business performance

    + Prepare quarterly financial reports and support earnings release

    + Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis

    + Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data

    Top Skills:

    + Hyperion Administration experience (preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and process orientation

    + Critical thinking and self-directed problem solving

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

    + 7+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or consulting

    + Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling

    + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Hyperion

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Preferred:

    + MBA

    + Experience with Power BI and SharePoint

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
