We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Procurement Specialist to support our IT department in managing and streamlining service-related contracts and purchasing activities. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of services, compliance, and operational efficiency across our vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
+ Audit and clean up existing quotes, contracts, and software agreements.
+ Identify services currently in use without formal contracts and initiate documentation.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of contracts: negotiation, execution, renewals, and extensions.
+ Track and process invoices to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
+ Coordinate with vendors for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and follow-ups.
+ Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the procurement cycle.
+ Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, finance, contracts, or procurement.
+ Familiarity with IT services terminology (hardware knowledge is a plus but not required).
+ Associate degree or higher required; a degree is essential for long-term/permanent opportunities.
+ No certifications required.
+ Experience working with service-based IT contracts.
+ Comfortable navigating vendor relationships and internal approval processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $76000.00/hr.
