    **RGP is currently representing a client in Pomona, CA seeking a CFO.** The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company. Operating in a national multi-site construction environment, the CFO will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and strategic financial initiatives to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence across 50 states. In addition, you will need to have a solid controller/controllership background to assist with complex accounting issues and review accounting journal entries and reconciliations. Role will also require 5 days on-site.

    + Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

    + Partner with the CEO, COO and executive team to drive long-term financial planning and decision-making.

    + Provide financial insights to support the company's growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.

    + Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    + Manage Banking and Financial Institution relationship.

    + Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to ensure fiscal health and operational continuity.

    + Establish and monitor key financial performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    + **Ensure accurate and timely Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting to provide visibility into project performance and profitability.**

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations in all 50 states.

    + Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

    + Oversee risk management strategies, including insurance coverage and legal compliance for construction operations.

    + Lead the integration and optimization of ERP systems to streamline financial and operational processes across multi-site locations.

    + Implement financial technology solutions to enhance reporting accuracy, job costing, and operational efficiency.

    + Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

    + Provide financial oversight for multi-site project costing, billing, and profitability analysis.

    + Manage financial relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

    + Navigate construction-specific financial challenges, job profitability, trendline analysis and cost overruns.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial role.

    + **Expertise in Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting, construction accounting, and job costing.**

    + Proficiency in ERP systems integration, implementation, and optimization is a plus

    + Experience working with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

    + **Strong Excel skills (proficiency with pivot tables).**

    + Strong understanding of regulatory compliance across multiple states.

    + Willingness to travel (if necessary).

    + Experience with financial management of large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.

    + Experience in multi-national financial reporting.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $325K-$400K Overall Total Package
