    We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value. This role requires strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation through sunset—with full accountability for P&L performance.

    Requirements

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Strategic Planning: Develop and refine product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.

    + Product Lifecycle Management:

    + Ideation & Validation: Identify opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

    + Development & Launch: Define requirements, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional execution for successful releases.

    + Growth & Optimization: Monitor performance, iterate based on data, and drive adoption and engagement.

    + Maturity & Sunset: Evaluate long-term viability, manage phase-out plans, and ensure smooth transitions.

    + P&L Ownership: Manage product-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.

    + Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

    + Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product features and enhancements.

    + Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.

    + Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and product metrics to assess performance and inform future decisions.

    + Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches and ensure alignment across all stakeholders for successful market entry.

    + Proven experience in product management, ideally with P&L responsibility

    + understanding of product and market lifecycle stages and how to manage them effectively

    + Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    + Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

    + 5+ years of product management experience

    + Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and profitability
