Description

We have an opening for a GCP Engineer with one of our clients. This team mainly supports PubSub/Kafka (messaging systems that are used for streaming analytics and data integration pipelines to load or distribute data.) This person does not need to come in with a PubSub/Kafka experience, but they do need to be willing to learn it. This team is responsible for PubSub/Kafka products from an engineering, operations, and automation perspective mainly with Python. If someone comes from a data analytic experience specialty where they were streaming analytics, that would be a huge nice to have!

The qualified candidate will have 3+ years experience with the following skills:

+ GCP

+ Python (automation)

+ DevOps (Python or Go- automation, development, operations, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.00/hr.
