Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, assisting with product inquiries, order entry, pricing, and shipment tracking via phone, email, fax, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle 40+ inbound customer interactions daily via phone, email, fax, and chat
+ Enter orders received through various channels
+ Respond to quote requests, product inquiries, return processing, and order updates
+ Provide pricing and product information to customers and internal sales teams
+ Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
+ Update customer account information as needed
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support business needs
+ Take full ownership of customer issues from start to resolution
Required Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of professional office phone experience or retail customer service (leadership roles preferred)
+ Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, system navigation)
+ Experience handling customer calls in office, call center, or retail leadership settings
+ Reliable internet connection for remote work days
Preferred Skills
+ Experience with customer resolution and call center environments
+ Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Salesforce.com a plus)
+ Experience in account management or sales support

Training Program
+ 10–12 weeks of classroom-style training led by two dedicated trainers
+ Collaborative learning environment with shadowing and hands-on practice
+ Training hours:
+ Day 1: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
+ Following days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (arrive early to be ready by 8 AM)
+ Attendance and engagement during training are critical

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
