Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Provide operational and technical support to customers.

Conduct operator training both onsite and at customer facilities.

Offer phone-based technical assistance.

Perform on-site applications development to optimize machine performance.

Sales Support

Assist sales staff with technical expertise and product demonstrations.

Conduct machine demos during customer visits and trade shows.

Process machine samples for prospective customers.

Develop cutting technology for new product models to support innovation.

Top Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal).

Technical aptitude and presentation skills.

Experience or understanding of CNC machinery (a plus).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
