    The Opportunity

    We’re seeking a Practice Architect to join our Modern Work Practice as a Microsoft Solution Partner. This is a client-facing, consulting role focused on designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint Online.

     

    You’ll be at the forefront of Microsoft 365 innovation—building custom apps, driving migrations, and integrating technologies like Microsoft Teams, Graph, Dataverse, and Copilot Agents.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Collaborate with presales teams to craft and present solution proposals to enterprise clients.

    + Architect and develop custom Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint Online.

    + Lead implementations of intranets, Centers of Excellence, governance assessments, and app migrations.

    + Stay ahead of the curve with Microsoft’s evolving roadmap and earn at least one new certification annually.

    + Contribute to SOW creation and refinement to ensure clarity and measurable outcomes.

    + Leverage Microsoft partner content and attend required trainings to maintain certification status.

    What You Bring

    • Required Skills & Experience

    + Microsoft Certified: PL-200 or PL-600

    + 7–10 years in consulting, working directly with enterprise clients

    + Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps

    + SDLC and ALM implementation in Power Platform (e.g., GitHub actions)

    + Strong SharePoint Online development, Microsoft Graph, UI design, and analytics

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

    • Nice to Have

    + Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Security Operations Analyst (SC-200)

    + Experience with Microsoft solution partners

    + Azure development and automation, Entra ID integration

    + Teams Apps development and policy management

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $148200.00 - $222400.00/yr.

     

    We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

     

    Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
