• Commercial Relationship Manager

    Description

    Overview: This role is ideal for a high-performing, credit-trained commercial lender who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is looking to grow their portfolio with the support of a stable, technology-forward bank. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage relationships with local business owners across a range of industries. -Originate and structure commercial loans including C&I, equipment financing, owner-occupied and investment real estate. -Conduct preliminary underwriting and assess deal feasibility before submission to credit. -Collaborate with portfolio managers to maintain and grow client relationships. -Track and manage full relationship lifecycle using Abrigo Sageworks CRM. -Maintain a personal P&L dashboard to monitor profitability and performance. -Meet annual production goals of $10M–$20M in new loan volume, excluding renewals. -Contribute to deposit growth and manage overall relationship profitability. -Ensure compliance with bank loan policy and pricing standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    -Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience with a stable employment history. -Proven track record of originating and managing commercial relationships. -Strong credit background and ability to perform initial underwriting. -Familiarity with Abrigo Sageworks or similar CRM/workflow systems is a plus. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. -Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term client retention.

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
