Must have Oracle EPM Cloud experience to be considered - high preference to candidates with an Oracle EPM certification

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada at the time of application without the need for sponsorship.

This role is 100% remote in the US and or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, etc.)

+ Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions

+ Design and build data models, forms, business rules, and reports within Oracle EPM

+ Manage integrations between EPM and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)

+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of EPM applications

+ Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and configurations

+ Stay current with Oracle EPM updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

+ 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite

+ Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes

+ Experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate

+ Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager) and data integration tools

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

+ Oracle EPM certification is a plus
