    We are currently looking for an ILI Technical Specialist to work in our Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA location.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    + Verify and evaluate ILI data as well as report findings to management

    + Analyze report findings and recommend excavations based on sound judgement and regulatory requirements

    + Prepare and audit all project completion reports/documentation

    + E xcellent verbal and communication skills up and down

    + Run remaining strength calculations and make appropriate repair recommendations

    + Solve problems associated with ILI, ILI operation, and excavation assessments

    + Maintain and update policies and procedures related to ILI

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

    + K nowledge of Integrity Management, 49CFR192 and 195

    + Aptitude and drive to learn detailed technical aspects related to ILI tools and ILI data

    + Resilient communication skills

    + Strong computer skills and experience manipulating large datasets

    + Able to present ILI information, technical backing, and recommendations to all levels of company personnel

    + Must be detail oriented and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Self-motivated with minimum supervision and strong work ethic

     

    Application Requirement – Presentation Component

    As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare a brief PowerPoint presentation (5–10 slides) on the following:

    + A professional project or experience that best represents your skills and accomplishments (please keep these professional, work-related topics only).

    PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Experience in calculating gas flows

    + Experience calculating B31G, B31GM, and RSTRENG

    + 2 Years ILI Experience

    + 2 Years Project Management Experience

    + Proficient in ILI data software including but not limited to Resolve, Gemini, Iview, Pigprog, Envision, Pipeimage, Rosoft, and P6

    + Proficient in gas and liquid ILI operation

    + Experience in anomaly selection and anomaly investigations

    + Experience in corrosion growth methods

    + Experience with writing procedures

    + PHMSA audit experience

    + Expert Excel experience

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    + Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
