    Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is an opportunity with a growing company where you’ll play a key role in keeping production operations running smoothly.

     

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production maintenance, particularly with manufacturing and packaging equipment within industries such as pharmaceuticals, personal care, food, or medical devices. This role focuses on preventative maintenance and equipment support—ensuring production lines run efficiently—rather than heavy fabrication or full-scale rebuilds.

     

    Monday-Friday, 8-5

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative and demand maintenance to keep production equipment operating effectively

    + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime

    + Inspect, repair, and maintain building infrastructure and utilities as needed

    + Document maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards

    + Support production as needed, including equipment operation, material handling, and facility upkeep

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

    + Strong experience maintaining and supporting manufacturing and packaging equipment

    + General maintenance skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

    + Prior experience in a regulated environment (pharma, food, med device, or personal care) a plus

    + Forklift certification and PLC knowledge preferred but not required

    + Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
