Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, kitting, inventory control, and order fulfillment
+ Supervise warehouse staff and manage a 3PL provider, ensuring compliance with operational and contractual expectations
+ Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing shrinkage
+ Generate and analyze reports to track SLAs, inventory trends, and operational performance
+ Oversee testing and quality control (QC) of smartphone devices, ensuring devices meet required standards before purchasing or shipping
+ Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize warehouse efficiency
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams to optimize order flow and inventory management
+ Oversee logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier management, and cost control
+ Manage and track all warehouse shipping supplies (packaging materials, labels, pallets, etc.), ensuring adequate stock levels
+ Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and upkeep as needed
+ Implement and improve warehouse technology, including WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems
+ Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
+ Manage cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy and accountability
+ Drive business operations improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field OR 5+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience
+ Experience managing 3PL providers and vendor relationships
+ Experience with WMS and ERP systems (Oracle or Scale preferred)
+ Experience managing warehouse supplies and coordinating facility maintenance
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
+ Knowledge of logistics, shipping regulations, and warehouse best practices
+ Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,203.00/Year - $118,910.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
