Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Manager of Acquisition, Measurement, and Personalization, you will lead a talented team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers. Your team's mission is to build a platform that enables all EchoStar brands to deliver the right messages to the right customers at the right time. This is accomplished by leveraging first-party customer data and behavioral triggers.
You will be a key leader, guiding your team to empower our marketing professionals with the tools they need to create personalized, best-in-class campaigns. Your work will directly impact our business by driving well-informed decisions on offer management, retention, and upsells, ultimately ensuring the efficient use of our marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
+ Serve as the technical expert and strategic leader for all initiatives related to acquisition, measurement, and personalization for our digital channels and web platforms
+ Partner with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a clear, actionable technical roadmap
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our core marketing technology stack, including customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics tools, and personalization engines
+ Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring that every interaction is measured, analyzed, and used to inform future strategies
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within scope
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of digital marketing innovation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
+ 5+ years of experience in software development or information technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions for customer acquisition, digital measurement, and web personalization
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing technology, including CDPs, A/B testing platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
+ Experience with first-party data strategies and their application in personalized customer experiences
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ A passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
