Responsibilities

+ Lead a team of Product Managers and Technical Program Managers across multiple functional areas.

+ Design and implement features to extend the Identity & Access Management platform for Microsoft 365 products.

+ Define, plan and track product success metrics to ensure business impact.

+ Drive strategic decisions and execution to enhance customer experience and security posture.

+ Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, balancing security needs with customer expectations.

+ Apply an attacker mindset to all design efforts, ensuring robust protection of customer data stored on Azure.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

+ 4+ years people management experience.

+ Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across product-level scope.

+ Proficient technical background and hands-on experience solving complex engineering challenges.

+ Proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive level.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check:** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

+ 6+ years people management experience.

+ Proficient technical background and hands-on experience solving complex engineering challenges.

+ Experience in security and access control domains.

Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
