Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse** to work at a correctional facility in **Gig Harbor, Washington.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

40hrs Travel Package

Weekly Gross Pay = $880

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $22

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1554 (Hotel-952 Meals-602)

Total Weekly ($1554 is not taxed)= $2434

Feels like per hour = $60.85

$2434 div 40 hours = $60.85

Shift details:

+ Th - Monday 0600-1430

Qualifications:

+ **Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse**

+ Ability to build rapport with patients

+ Compassionate and caring demeanor

+ Familiarity with medical terminology

+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of WA

+ **Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away**

Responsibilities:

+ Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

+ Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

+ Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

+ Maintain accurate patient medical records

+ Provide companionship and basic care to patients

+ Administer prescribed medications to patients
