    Staff Analyst I (TA): $71,255- $84,357 (New hire rate: $61,958)

     

    Staff Analyst II (TA): $82,736- $92,147 (New hire rate: $71,946)

     

    Associate Staff Analyst (TA): $93,528- $121,095 (New hire rate: $81,328)

     

    Staff Analyst I (OA): $68,962 - $81,642 (New hire rate: $68,962)

     

    Staff Analyst II (OA): $80,071- $89,179 (New hire rate: $80,071)

     

    Associate Staff Analyst (OA): $90,511- $117,195 (New hire rate: $90,511)

    Responsibilities:

    The selected candidate will assist the Subject Matter Experts in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation process for the Electronics Maintenance Division (EMD). The incumbent will be responsible for:

     

    Providing functional and technical support of the project’s lifecycle which will include quality assurance, training, change management, pilot, and rollout activities.

     

    Preparing and distributing project related information to the appropriate EMD users.

     

    Assisting with testing software for functionality, support web and mobile users.

     

    Analyzing data to mitigate risk and provide feedback for continued maintenance.

    Education and Experience:

    Staff Analyst I-II:

    + A master’s degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies, or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; or

    + A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of satisfactory full ‐ time professional experience working in one or a combination of the following areas: working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management; or in a related area.

    + An associate degree or completion of 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of full-time satisfactory full-time professional experience as described in ʺ2ʺ above.

    + A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and six years of full-time satisfactory full-time professional experience as described in ʺ2ʺ above.

    + A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to “1”, “2”, “3”, or “4” above. College education may be substituted for professional experience at the rate of 30 semester credits from an accredited college for one year of experience. However, all candidates must have a high school diploma.

    Special Note:

    To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II, individuals must have, after meeting the minimum requirements, one additional year of professional experience as described in ʺ2ʺ above.

    Associate Staff Analyst:

    A master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and one year of satisfactory full ‐ time professional experience in one or a combination of the following: working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation; in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management, or in a related area; or
