    About the job

Our mission is to solidify Google as the partner of choice by elevating agencies and enabling them to drive advertiser success. We'll focus on Google's largest untapped opportunities across a broad swath of strategic areas. This role will engage managed agencies with high-touch offerings and unmanaged agencies at scale to simplify their experience, drive awareness of their impact, and help them build business resilience.

In this role, on the Global Agency Marketing team, you will be instrumental in executing the marketing plan, elevating the role agencies play in advertiser success in the AI for Marketing era. You will be responsible for creating and delivering activations that support Google’s biggest priorities, engaging key agency segments like Holding Companies, multi-market independents, and influencer marketing agencies. You'll help drive awareness and perception of the heightened impact agencies have on advertiser success by developing evergreen thought leadership, case studies, and events. Additionally, you will work to enable agencies to deliver better client outcomes by creating customized pitch collateral and inputting on other sales activation initiatives. You will be a core contributor to high-touch offerings, as well as scaled solutions for managed agencies, helping to find the right balance of scale and precision across a myriad of marketing methods (e.g., content, events, etc) and channels (e.g., owned, earned).

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
