Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

+ MBA or Master's degree.

+ 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

+ 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

+ Experience in improving and scaling customer support delivery through process optimization, technology, and operational excellence.

+ Experience in applying frameworks such as Agile, Six Sigma, Systems Thinking or equivalent to solve business problems.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine functional and business expertise, systematic thinking, and effective program management to deliver tangible, actionable strategies. These strategies will improve how Google's operations support billions of users across all our products worldwide. You will need to excel as a collaborative, data-motivated, and investigative problem solver who can lead and manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale. You will also need to showcase the ability to advocate for business and cross-functional partners and possess the motivation to leverage your past experience while embracing an open mindset when imagining solutions that have not yet been created.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

+ Provide support to Managing Director, ensuring high-pace, on time business cadence, team health and effective decision-making.

+ Develop, lead, and execute strategic and operational initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership to solve business issues with an execution.

+ Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the impact of initiatives and drive continuous improvement in customer support delivery and operational efficiency.

+ Drive operational excellence by applying frameworks like Agile or Six Sigma to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Business, and Marketing teams, to drive recommendations, secure buy-in, and manage organizational change for key projects.
