Job Description
AECOM is seeking a motivated **Administrative Assistant** to support the Water Business Line team in our Denver office. This position provides an opportunity to grow administrative skills in a professional setting while assisting project teams and staff with day-to-day office support needs.
Job Summary / Responsibilities
+ Work under direct supervision of department and division managers.
+ Assist project managers and staff with routine administrative tasks on projects and office activities.
+ Help track compliance with AECOM policies and procedures.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, forms, and simple spreadsheets.
+ Schedule and provide support for team meetings, including agendas and notes.
+ Provide basic support with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
+ Assist with arranging travel and preparing expense reports for team members.
+ Provide general office support as needed, including document organization and file management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant office or administrative experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
+ Ability to work in office 5 days per week during core business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s Degree or some college coursework.
+ Familiarity with standard office practices and procedures.
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and work both independently and with a team.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $23 to $29.
