Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems** has openings for a **Tool Crib Attendant 1** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Iuka, Mississippi. The shift for this position is for B-Shift **M – Th 4 x 10 from 5:30 pm to 4:00 am.

Description:

The Tool Crib Attendant Level 1 will receive, store, and issue tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. Maintains records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database. Cleans, oils, and performs minor repairs on equipment; disposes of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure. Ensures that measuring devices are periodically calibrated. The ideal candidate is:

+ Detail oriented, teamwork oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

+ Able to learn and follow established processes, procedures, and requirements

+ Experienced with data entry, and using digital scanners for tool control or inventory accountability.

+ Experienced in maintaining records and providing traceability of materials.

Basic Qualifications

Tool Crib Attendant Level 1:

+ Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and with 0 years additional education and/or related experience.

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work standing up for extended periods of time.

+ Able to use/hold/manipulate small tools and parts with hands. Simple grasping, power grasping and fine manipulation is required.

+ Able to use vibrating tools and perform torquing operations in include hand tools & power equipment and climb ladders or stairs.

+ Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license.

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance within prior to staring.

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) prior to staring.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with CribMaster program

+ Experience with tool kitting

Primary Level Salary Range: $31,500.00 - $52,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
