We are seeking a Cloud Architect responsible for leading client facing engagements onsite while coordinating offshore delivery teams across multiple service domains including Azure cloud data center operations, voice infrastructure service desk support and batch job scheduling. The role ensures seamless service delivery operational continuity and proactive issue resolution and ensure seamless operations stakeholder alignment and team collaboration across locations.

In this role, you will:

+ Serve as the primary onsite liaison for client communication and technical alignment

+ Coordinate offshore teams to deliver services across Azure infrastructure and support layers

+ Oversee batch job scheduling and L1.5 support workflows

+ Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations

+ Drive collaboration between service desk voice and data center teams

+ Maintain high standards of delivery documentation and stakeholder reporting

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

+ Prior experience of manufacturing support preferred

+ Cloud knowledge and experience to perform cloud deployment will be preferred
