About the role

As a Consulting Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by delivering tailored solutions that drive transformation and value for our clients. You will be a valued member of our consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues and clients to enhance business processes and deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will:

+ Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions to address business challenges in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments.

+ Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices, providing actionable insights to clients.

+ Develop and present reports and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and impact of proposed solutions.

+ Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a position requires 50% travel and 1-2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC. What you must have to be considered

+ Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.

+ Proficiency in data analytics tools and software relevant to the insurance industry.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

These will help you succeed

+ Advanced certifications in insurance or consulting.

+ Experience working in a hybrid work model, demonstrating adaptability and effective time management.

+ In-depth understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements in Property & Casualty Insurance.

+ Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

+ Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
