CTG is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Analyst. T** **he resource will be the operational go-between for HR and IT for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as primary troubleshooter for PeopleSoft HCM issues and errors, coordinating with IT analysts as needed

+ Communicate with employees, operational leaders, and coworkers in HR regarding issues and status of resolution

+ Answer associate and manager questions related to benefits and HR

+ Test new HCM build, ensuring that changes meet the needs of the HR department

+ Collaborate with the HR team to inform on application changes, answer "how to" questions, and troubleshoot concerns

+ Develop training materials as needed

+ Create reports using the PeopleSoft query builder

Requirements:

+ In depth knowledge of HR departmental workflows

+ Excellent communication skills

+ 2+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Super User experience

+ Ability to create and run reports using the PeopleSoft query builder

+ Pacific time hours.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
