Join Rady Children’s Lab Team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Generalist with Hematology & Blood Bank Expertise!

Rady Children’s is seeking a **versatile and motivated CLS** to support our mission of delivering exceptional pediatric care through precision diagnostics. We’re looking for a **generalist** with strong skills in **Hematology and Blood Bank** , and the flexibility to assist in **Microbiology and Chemistry** as needed.

In this high-impact role, you’ll perform a variety of **high-complexity clinical tests** that directly support patient outcomes. Responsibilities include:

+ Conducting diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiency

+ Performing **quality control** , **preventive maintenance** , and **test validation**

+ Reviewing and reporting results in compliance with lab and regulatory standards

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for a variety of high-complexity, clinical laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Blood Bank. Perform QC/QA procedures, preventive maintenance, and test validation. Review and report test results in accordance with laboratory standards. Maintain working knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

1 year of experience

CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4 years of experience

The current salary range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35

Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
