Configuration Manager

+ Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts and asset inventories to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for assigned area
+ Use Visio and other modeling tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models
+ Review and research Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete tasks using Remedy ticketing system
+ Consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and artifacts
+ Update and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMDB)
+ Help update and maintain property records
+ Work under minimal supervision
+ Prioritize assignments for themselves and junior personnel to complete work in a timely manner
+ Provide useful suggestions on improving processes
+ Maintain a positive and friendly working relationship with customers and peers
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
+ ITIL certification preferred
Experience:
+ 4+ years of direct experience in the area of Configuration Management, Change Management, Technical Engineering, or Asset Management
+ Previous Experience with Modeling tools or Model Based Engineering preferred
+ Experience with Remedy preferred
Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
+ Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
+ Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
+ Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
+ Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $120,000 - 140,000
