Property Specialist

+ Support Site Lead by conducting Property Management and logistics tasks
+ Ensure proper development of all property outcomes, emphasizing materials management, data integrity, physical inventory, and customer support operations for property management
+ Support Self-Assessment Team in performance of internal reviews, audits and reviews
+ Perform internal audit requirements for data mining, data review, data comparison and data corrections both physical and electronic
+ Conduct records reviews and updates
+ Provide corrections and recommendations for process improvement
+ Follow requirements as outlined in specific regulations and processes
+ Execute records management and updates to Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB)
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
+ Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience:
+ 4+ years of professional experience in the required task area
+ Must demonstrate an understanding of the FAR Part 52 and standard contract property clause 52.245-1, as it pertains to accountability of Government property
+ Experience with the usage of Unique Item Identification (UID) processes preferred
+ Operational understanding of applicable FAR/DFARS and DOD (DODI) directives preferred
+ Familiarity with DTID, DLIS Forms and 1348 preferred
Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ Active DoD issued security clearance at level Secret or higher required
Physical Requirements
+ Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
+ Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
+ Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
+ Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
+ Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
+ Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

Salary: $25.85 - $33.65/hour
