PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

+ Produce high volumes of croissants from scratch – shaping, rolling, and prepping dough with precision and consistency.

+ Execute production of +1,000 croissants per day while maintaining speed and quality.

+ Ensure all products meet brand standards for shape, texture, and appearance.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation that complies with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

+ Follow standardized recipes, weight specifications, and production methods.

+ Assist in inventory rotation and prep for the next day’s production.

Work closely with the bakery team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

+ Support with any additional bakery tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a food production facility, fast-paced restaurant, etc.

+ Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

+ Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

+ Great communication and teamwork skills.

+ Must be familiar with the measurement system.

+ Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
