Salary: $1687 / Week

Pay rate: $45-$48/hr
+ Caseload
+ Each teacher could manages a caseload of up to 10–12 students.
+ Caseload size may vary depending on student needs, program enrollment, and classroom dynamics.
+ Paraprofessional Support
+ Each classroom is supported by two assigned paraprofessionals.
+ Paras assist with instructional support, behavior management, and daily routines, working closely with the teacher to implement IEP goals
+ All staff could be relocated temporarily to support if there is a high need on the campus. We have to all be flexible.
+ Student Behaviors
+ Students may present with a wide range of behavioral needs, covering the full behavior spectrum.
+ Staff should expect and be prepared to address behaviors that range from mild refusals or off-task behaviors to more intensive challenges requiring proactive planning, de-escalation, and safety protocols.
+ Training and coaching are available to support staff in addressing behavioral needs consistently and effectively.

+ 709 West Congress, Denton, Texas in the South Building
Modality:
3 SPED Teachers
Grade Level & Classroom Type (General, Inclusion, Self Contained, etc.)
+ Middle School SLS
SLS classroom will implement programs such as Rethink, Unique Learning System (ULS), and discrete trial teaching, while maintaining strong routines, structure, and consistency
PABS Elementary
+ Thrive Middle School PABS
PABS Classroom will deliver instruction using the Edmentum curriculum, modifying lessons as needed to meet IEP requirements
Caseload Details:
10-12 students
Classroom Support:
2 paras per classroom
Day to Day Duties:
Will need to know how to collect data, and be comfortable with ARD paperwork and participate in ARD meetings
