    Start Date: October 13, 2025

     

    Contract Length: 28–30 weeks

     

    Schedule: 35 hours/week (school hours)

     

    Pay: Competitive, based on experience - starts at $23/hour

     

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have experience using ABA therapy in school or clinical settings? We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in a local school setting, supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

     
     

    + Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support using ABA principles

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisors

    + Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data

    + Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

     
     

    + Minimum 60 college credit hours

    + Previous experience as a Behavior Technician using ABA therapy

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Passion for working with children in educational settings
