    About the Role: We are seeking a passionate andexperienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in beautifulPalm Springs, California. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in acollaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality,evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload.

    Position Details:

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    End Date: June 5, 2026

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

     

    Caseload: No more than 55 students

     

    Local Pay Rate: $70-80 per hour

     

    Weekly Travel Stipend: $3,000+

     

    Travel packages are available to individuals who live50+ miles from the on-site work location

    What You’ll Do:

    + Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitivecommunication, and swallowing evaluations.

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plansbased on client needs and goals.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams includingphysicians, educators, and family members.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliancewith state and federal regulations.

    + Provide education and support to patients, caregivers,and staff.

    + Participate in team meetings, continuing education, andquality improvement initiatives.

    To practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California,candidates must:

    + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from anaccredited program.

    + Current California SLP license (or eligibility toobtain).

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

    + Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizationalskills.

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
