As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1st shift 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
+ Conforms to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products.
+ Active participation in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as needed.
+ Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
+ Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
+ The candidate must work with urgency, be very detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Associate, technical college degree or bachelor’s in engineering
• 1+ year experience with mobility devices and general network knowledge.
• 1 + year experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge applicable to install software, Configure, trouble shooting on iOS and Android device
